making it real is not always a good thing

THE TRIGGERING THOUGHT

During Sensetorming Sessions - which is why I call exploring a musing energy at the senses level - it is easy for me to let go and ride the energy without limitations. This is particularly true for Creative Energy Sessions and any other experiments involving my body and senses but, when it comes to Creative Writing of any kind, my brain tries to take over and stop the free flow of energy by involving self-judgement in the experience.

The other day, while riding the energy and following its trace through the body of an imaginary lover, my brain first tried to identify this mystery lover trying to make it real and then, after brief moments of fun and pleasure, made me stop and think … how is this of any value and relevant to my work?

If I were trying to justify my brief moments of fun and pleasure I had earlier "mentally masturbating" about today's energy ... find a reason of why this is relevant to my work, etc. ... I think I could come up with a few.  For starters ... PROOF THAT ENERGY IS JUST ENERGY AND OUR BODIES JUST VESSELS ... I realized that in my "fantasy" the times I put a "body" to this "mystery lover" it only turned me off and when I thought that I was probably thinking of myself ... I quickly understood that this was not the case so ... my mystery lover ... just like the MUSING ENERGY ... is not a person but an energy and ... I'm getting better every day about "detaching it" from their vessels so ... MAKING IT REAL IS NOT ALWAYS A GOOD THING ... and that might be a reason why I find it so hard to find a photo to describe the energy ... because it's not about the guys in the photos so it's hard to find a fit.  This of course is the "encapsulating" thought but ... there are also its ramifications like ... dreams and fantasies, acting, etc.
