THE DEVISING BOARDS
about the project development board
The difference between this Project Development Board and the Sensetorming and Brainstorming Boards is that this board is that the devising processes I will share with you here, are not “triggered” by a “musing energy” but by an idea or proposal generated in one, or both of the other devising boards.
This board is divided into two sections: the current project development threads section - this top section of the page with the white background - and, the Projects Devising Board section - the large section below with a darker background.
the current project development threads section
Contains information about the new threads - ideas or proposals - listed on the right column of this section. The devising process for these threads will be recorded and share on the thread’s page under “Devising Notes”.
the projects devising board section
Once these ideas or proposals become a “project”. They will move … first to the “Projects Devising Board” on this page and then, once the project or sub-project is finished, to either the appropriate section on this site - photography, theater or training section - or the LATC Digital Space members site (in the case of a LAT Digital Space Production) or the upcoming Sensetream member site (in the case of training videos, casting videos, etc.

about the root projects
Just like there are Root Energies - triggers that generate other triggers - there are also Root Projects - the central idea or proposal from where many sub-projects sprout from.

BARE CHARACTER STUDIES
virtual reboot
ABOUT THE PROJECT
A while back in NYC, I started a project I called The Bare Character Studies videos. After several sessions of training on the Sensory-Somatic approach to acting and an introduction to The Bare Character concept, a group of actors experimented with the connection between their instinctual impulses and their rational approach to acting.
I will now revisit this experiment virtually on the LAT Digital Space.
